Shipping policy

When may I expect delivery of my shipment?

You may expect your parcel within five (5) to twelve (12) business days. A number of delivery methods may be used depending on the type of order.

When we ship your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please don't worry if there are no scan events within the first 24 hours — the system may take a day or so to update.

Orders are shipped from our warehouse within 1–3 business days from the date the order is confirmed. Delivery will then take 4–9 business days from the shipment date, depending on carrier availability and your location.

Please note:

  • Delays may occur if your shipment requires customs clearance, inspection, or if the carrier experiences issues in transit.

  • If your order does not arrive within twelve (12) business days, you may contact us at support@trydecorations.com so we may follow up with the courier.

  • We guarantee delivery by requiring a signature on arrival. If you choose “leave in a safe place” with the courier, we will no longer take responsibility for the package.

  • If you are unavailable to sign, the parcel will be redirected to the nearest courier depot. You will then be responsible for collecting it from there or paying an additional charge for re-delivery.

How can I track my order?

Your tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email.

We currently ship worldwide. However, if your country is not compatible with our logistics, we will notify you immediately and adjust your order as needed.

How can I change my delivery address?

A change of address is only possible until 23:00 (UTC +1) on the day of your order. To request a change, email support@trydecorations.com.

Can I ship to an address other than my billing address?

Yes, you can.

When is my order shipped?

Orders are shipped on normal business days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.
All orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
